1. CONSULTATION - SITE VISIT
During this initial phase, we will meet you at your home or building site to go over your project ideas. This is where we will discuss your project ideas and collaborate on the best possible means to achieve your goals. During this first visit, we will seek to answer several questions. For example, we may discuss the following things:
• Is your home structurally sound enough to handle the proposed project or addition?
• Where are the plumbing and electrical lines located?
• Do we need to order any structural, foundation or land inspections?
• How will our proposed changes affect the flow and function of the existing structure?

2. PROJECT PLANNING
This is where we formulate the details of your project, make selections, agree upon a project budget, and sign the necessary paperwork. Once all of the details are in place, the project can move forward.
3. PRE-CONSTRUCTION
During the Pre-Construction phase, we set up our work environment in your home/building so that you will experience the least amount of disruption possible. Our team are experts at creating the space they need to work while giving you as much livable space as possible. We don’t want our job to become your burden.
4. CONSTRUCTION PHASE
This is the exciting part! This is where it all happens. As the building gets underway your home will be transformed and your ideas will begin to take shape before your eyes. Throughout this phase, you will be updated consistently on your home’s progress, we work with many clients that are not local to the Upper Peninsula. We use an online builder software where updates and photos are posted regularly, so you can watch your remodel or addition come together even when you’re not on site. Each milestone is exciting, and we will be sure to keep you well informed.
5. THAT'S ALL FOLKS
It’s time for us to pack up our tools and give you back your space. While the final reveal may not be as dramatic as that of an episode on HGTV, we guarantee you’ll be just as excited.
