1. DESIGN & Discovery
Whether you already have plans or don't where to start, we're here to help! During the Design phase, we work with you to bring your dreams and ideas to fruition. With our on staff Home Designer, we're able to design your vision and see it come to life in our Architectural Home Design Software. We explore all of your options while discussing your unique desires and lifestyle needs.

2. pre-construction phase
In the Pre-Construction phase, our Home Designer and Sales Manager will guide you through the Selections Process. During this busy time, you’ll experience a one-of-a-kind shopping experience as you choose cabinets, trim, flooring, interior colors, and more. This is where your new home starts to become a reality! Our team has years of experience and are experts at giving advice and guidance on what will look good, what will perform well, and what will keep you in budget.
3. construction
There’s nothing more groundbreaking than actually breaking ground on your custom home. After all, this moment is the physical culmination of years of hopes, dreams and hard work! Enjoy the excitement as your home is swiftly and skillfully constructed. Throughout this phase, you will be updated consistently on your home’s progress, we work with many clients that are not local to the Upper Peninsula. We use an online builder software where updates and photos are posted regularly, so you can watch your build come together even when you're not on site. Each milestone is exciting, and we will be sure to keep you well informed.
4. welcome home
Finally! Your new home is ready and it’s move-in day! Congratulations! For many builders, this signifies the end of the relationship. That’s not the case here. The moment you set foot in your new home, our long-term relationship begins. Going forward, your home is covered under our Home Warranty. This ensures that you will love your home today, tomorrow, and for years to come.
