We knew that building a log home on the lake would be a challenge so we are very glad that we chose Michael's Homes to build our beautiful home. Two years ago, my wife and I got to a point in our life where the house was paid off and we wanted to do some remodeling to update the look of the house. We met Mike Hill from Michael's Builders / M3 Roofing at the Builders Show. We had him come over to give us a quote and we were so impressed we ended up having him put stone work around the house. That stone work looked so good, I wanted to have it extended up the chimney. So, Mike took the siding off my chimney and went all the way up with the stone, completely changing the look of my home.
The house looked so nice with all the stone, we decided to have a new front deck and back deck put on. We went with a beefier 6x6 construction to make it heavy duty. Once again, the work Mike did was excellent. After that, he installed a new garage door to match the stain on the new front deck. It really pulled everything together and looked great. In addition to all the improvements outside the house, Mike added a railing inside the house. It looks fantastic, and it really changed the look of the whole living area.
The last thing Mike did for us was install a new metal roof last year. Your house really is your biggest investment, and putting the best roof on it to keep your investment safe just makes sense. And all the work that Mike and his crew did increased the value of my house tremendously.
Mike's crew really was great. I had zero problem leaving my house wide open to them and even told them they could grab pop from the fridge. They were incredibly trustworthy and knowledgeable. They listened to my ideas and what I wanted to do and then they did it. I can't say enough about how great Mike and his crew are. I would definitely recommend Mike from Michael's Homes / M3 Roofing to anybody that's looking to not only update the look of their house, but beautify their house as well.
